San Manuel Historical Museum
View exhibits that include mining memorabilia as well as gem quality minerals and copper. Learn about the mining process. At one time, San Manuel had the largest underground copper mine in the world. The museum sells postcards and books.

Biosphere 2
Biosphere 2 is a University of Arizona research facility for studying ecosystems and includes a rain forest. It was originally built as a sealed self-sustaining environment to research and develop space colonization technology. Guided tours are offered. Many areas of the complex are wheelchair accessible. The facility also hosts conferences.

Arizona Zipline Adventures
Just 10 miles west of San Manuel are zipline tours with 5 spans of 400′ to 1500′. Zipline tours are by reservation. The onsite Peppersauce Kitchen serves a choose your own build on burgers. Also, camping, a general store, gold panning, various events, an expansive porch area and short trails.
